We are delighted to share with you the installation of our SOGWATCH® software solution in the La Baratière senior services residence, in Vitré (35)! In a few months, future residents will settle down in this brand new building designed to offer comfort and security.

Continuous temperature monitoring for the safety of residents

Our SOGWATCH® application has just been put into service in the residence, allowing maintenance teams to continuously monitor the temperatures of the domestic hot water networks. The main objective of this regulatory monitoring is to prevent risks linked to legionella.

106 accommodations ranging from studios to 3 rooms,
7 adjoining buildings, including a castle,
Integration of 1 PLC with embedded Web server,
Installation of 2 electrical cabinets,
Positioning of 16 temperature measurement points, including 11 domestic hot water (DHW) loops,
